Life coaching is a great way to journey out the ‘more’ and see it become a reality in your life.
My name is Anna, I am a certified transformational life coach and have been coaching women for over 9 years. I believe God desires for each of us to partner with Him in seeing the callings He has placed on our lives fulfilled.
I believe in the power of walking alongside one another and I feel blessed to be considered as someone you would invite to walking alongside you.

A typical coaching session
You may have never had coaching before so it is understandable to be unsure about what to expect. Coaching differs from counselling and therapy in that it is mostly future-orientated as opposed to looking back at experiences and untangling them.
But I also understand that working out how to be future-orientated can take a little bit of untangling so don’t worry as we can do that together.
Each session will be different and I will work responsively to what your needs are in each session, though typically we will identify an area of ‘stuckness’ or a dilemma that you would like to work through. We will untangle it so that it is as clear as possible and then proceed to work through what it would look like to move forward courageously, hopefully, and intentionally.
Before you commit to any sessions with me you will have the opportunity to have a free discovery call where you can ask any questions and engage in a mini-taster coaching session.
Coaching sessions can be conducted via phone or video calls.
