Thank you for reading, even though you are in a different life phase. I am so glad God was able to use this to speak to you. I think back over the experience and it has made me really think about how we use our words. I am glad my words were a blessing to you. May our words be seasoned with salt and filled with grace for all who we speak to. 🧡
This was incredibly profound. Thank you for letting God use you and for sharing this. I needed to hear this as I walk through the grief of losing my father and trying to figure out who I am without being a caregiver.
Amber 🧡🧡🧡 Sending you lots of hugs and love. May you know the God of comfort in your grief, and the hand of your Father who knows who you are even when you don’t. I am so sorry for your loss, I pray that through the death of one identity God will resurrect your true identity. xx
I'm a recent graduate, trying to navigate this new season of my life. It's reassuring to know that no matter the seasons I find myself, His desire for me remains intact. Thanks for writing this✨️
Congratulations! It’s scary when we transition seasons even when it is something we have worked for for a long time. Everything changes and we find that new ways of doing life and interacting with God is needed. I think it’s on purpose, because it draws us to seek him out. And at the end of the day the thing he is most concerned about it is being transformed to look more like Christ, you are doing amazingly. He is with you and seeking you out as you seek him :)
Thank you for writing this! It reminds me of Mary, Samuel, David, Elizabeth and many saints in the Bible who were called in seemingly mundane ways. I’m a new mom and everything changed in my life; I had to readjust and ask god to help me see him in all the hard and new ways of life as a mom
Congratulations Angela! What a beauty and blessing to become a mum, what a surrender and sacrifice too 🙈 I think motherhood has really helped me to slow down and see God as the God who loves making mundane things. So much of my world view is being changed day by day. Probably some of the more rapid life transformation years I have ever experienced! Thank you for reading and I pray motherhood continues to be transformative for you x
Thank you. I’m not a mum but I’ve been processing abuse trauma and I needed to hear that God won’t leave me behind just because I do not have energy to give how I used to; that He still meets me in my own wilderness, my own survival.
🧡 sending you a hug. Though our mothers and father (and every other person we were supposed to be able to rely on) forsake us, God will not forsake us. He will meet you in the wilderness. He will meet you in your place of need. Thank you for reading and for leaving your thoughts here for me to read. They always encourage me x
I'm not a mother but this spoke to me and taught me something. Thanks for sharing, Anna ❤️
